   • UCI's PMC vs OIT's PMO
     • PMC charge/objectives
       • Communicating OIT processes/best practices/tools/etc
       • Help identify common challenges w/ projects: managing stakeholder expectations, prioritization, communication, resource management (esp cross-team), accountability/impact, change management
     • Big/enterprise projects w/ own PM versus other
   • PM methodology/framework vs SDLC
     • project execution methodologies may vary: traditional, iterative, spiral, agile/scrum
   • What do we want to accomplish this year
     • Develop and recommend a PM framework
       • Configure/use/evaluate the PM framework in ServiceNow
     • Collect and refine tools/resources
     • Support OIT projects in need - consultative role
2. UCI's ServiceNow implementation timeline overview (Eric P)
   1. Dev and production instance are up - local IDs now, UCI authentication soon
   2. OIT team-wise implementation approach planned (over a long time period)
   3. Resources: UC ServiceNow community, ServiceNow wIki, etc.
   4. By the time we're ready to setup a PM framework/workflow, there should be a number of projects represented in SN
