ServiceNow PM application access

Here’s the plan:
1. Create a new KSAMS role named “ServiceNow - OIT Leadership” to identify all members of the leadership group.
2. Create a new ServiceNow role named “oit_leadership.”
3. Create a new ServiceNow group named “OIT Leadership.
4. Attach the following roles to the ServiceNow OIT Leadership group: project_manager, report_group, report_scheduler, report_publisher
5. Notify the OIT leadership that they need to request membership in the ServiceNow - OIT Leadership role via KSAMS.
This will give the OIT leadership team full access to the ServiceNow PM tools and the ability to prepare and publish reports. It will also give us the ability to easily add roles to OIT managers as a group without requiring that they request individual access (e.g., ART Requests). Managers can still request the Project Manager role for members of their teams who are not included in the OIT Leadership group.
No action is required for any other ServiceNow users since they already have the ability to respond to project task assignments by virtue of their ITIL role.
It shouldn’t take more than a couple days to get this in place and tested. I will send out a notification to OIT Leadership when everything is ready.
