Current Deliverables

1. List of all Web pages and links available from the original IIP Web site.
2. Develop a standard layout for all general information pages that will be moved to the new wiki.

Notes on Deliverables

1. A major change in the design of the new wiki pages over the original Web pages is that information will be organized by information type or service rather than OIT functional unit. For example, the new home page will have links for topics such as Human Resources, Help Desk, Emergency Contacts, etc. This should make it easier to navigate to information for users who are not familiar with the OIT organization.
2. Once a list of the original IIP pages and links is available, the list will need to be distributed to the OIT directors for review and comment. Review will include a decision as to whether the page should be carried over to the wiki as well as a review of the content itself.
