Notes:

• Current workflow is manual for projects. With the amount of time behind projects in SN, this may be near time to start the discussion about implementing approval gates into the process.
• For the first phase, one approval gate for project green-light would be a good start for introduction of the process.
• Finalize ServiceNow Project Approval Framework Development (Eric T - Eric P) - Start movement on this action item from the 15-16 goals for movement.
• Future agenda item should be how to filter the visibility of projects that are being reviewed at meetings.

  • Filter out lower-level projects
  • Highlight only top-priority \ executive level projects.
