  1. Meeting anatomy for FY 15-16
    1. Meetings will be used for coming to decisions to drive progress on objectives. 
    2. Email will be used for status updates and general communication of events associated with the PMC.
    3. An agenda will be provided before each meeting. 
    4. Meetings will move to more suitable timeslot. 
  2. Identify roles for each member of the community.
    1. Please come prepared to the meeting with suggestions of the role you can offer to play for the following year to best achieve the listed objectives. 
  3. Objectives for the Project Management Community
    1. Implement the first phase of ServiceNow’s Project app for all OIT.
    2. Create a list of ServiceNow Project reports for OIT.
    3. Develop \ Deploy advertisement of PM efforts within OIT.
    4. Finalize ServiceNow Project Approval Framework Development (Sub-committee effort managed by Eric T - Eric P)
  4. Review and approval - Project State Change (Eric P)
