Project Logs

Several project logs are available for reporting project status and activity. In all cases you will need to log in to ServiceNow before accessing one of the reports. If you try to run a report and receive a page with only a report header, open another browser tab, log in to ServiceNow, and refresh the report page.

• All Projects, Most Recently Opened First - All projects logged by OIT with the most recently submitted projects listed first.
• Active Projects, Most Recently Opened First - Only projects that are currently active (project state is Pending, Work in Progress, or Draft) with the most recently submitted projects listed first.
• Inactive Projects, Most Recently Closed First - Only inactive projects (project state is Closed or Withdrawn) with the most recently closed projects listed first.
  
• Project Archives - Information on projects opened, managed, or completed prior to 2014.
