Good morning Ying.

Since our phone conversation on Friday afternoon, I looked over some of the prior correspondence and documents related to the Legal Files vs. IBM software for case management. I think that the best course of action at this time is to proceed with the IBM solution. I have discussed this issue with Marianne, and she (and Max) will want to be included in our future implementation meetings/discussions so that Academic Personnel can have the IBM software available as a possible option for AP.

Hello Sam and Susan,

I would like to connect you with Linh Nguyen (copied on this email). You may have worked with Linh in the past, his team implemented and is currently supporting a number of systems for HR including EROS. Linh will be the OIT project lead responsible for the implementation of IBM Case Manager as the case management tool for HR.

Linh is in the process of getting the server environment up and running. He’ll work with the vendor to install the system and configure the necessary integration over the next couple of months. Linh will also be reaching out to you to gather requirements which he’ll use to set up the templates and workflow once the server environment is ready.

Please let him know which members of your team should participate in this project and Linh will get the conversation started.
