  • Clean up Facnet Active Directory (AD)
    • Disable accounts no longer active
    • Identify and consolidate account for VPN
    • Utilize Facnet AD export sheet from Mark Day
    • Meet with Mark Day, Lino Alxander, Kevin Lane
    • Tom Vu disable accounts
  • Update Domain Control
    • Current DC Kahuna & Kaphuna both on Windows 2000 server
    • WSG (Kaz) spin up two virtual windows 2008 servers (dc1-facnet & dc2-facnet)
      • DC Kupana is retired (summer 2011): Aakash & Tri worked to demote Kupana & Promote dc1-facnet & dc2-facnet
    • Work with Aakash to clean up AD
    • Propose AD policy account disable
  • Firewall/VPN replacement
    • Replace the out warranty FACnet Firewall with new Firewall
       
    • Setup RDP Gateway server (Mark Pearson)

  • Up date the FACnet firewall
