Ecommerce KSAMS Roles

Department needs both roles.

Ecommerce - Department Profile Creator
  1. Create, update, delete, submit, and archive programs for authorized organization(s)
  2. View Program Query for authorized organization(s)
May be financial analyst; needs access to COA info

  1. Approve programs for authorized organization(s)
  2. View Program Query for authorized organization(s)
May be department head / DSA (KSAMS Department Security Administrator)

Marketplace KSAMS Roles

Marketplace has two modules: uStore and uPay. The department will request the roles for the appropriate module.

uStore KSAMS Roles

uStore allows departments to configure a vendor-hosted storefront and products. 

Marketplace - uStore Manager
  1. Responsible for managing store settings, such as the store images, store categories, store payment methods, and shipping rates.
  2. Responsible for assigning uStore clerks, a uStore accountant, and fulfiller users (including a fulfiller with refund/cancel rights).
  3. Responsible for adding and editing products.
  4. Responsible for creating store promotions.
  5. Can view uStore reports.
May be business and/or IT, depending on department
Marketplace - uStore Clerk

  1. Responsible for adding and editing products.

  2. Responsible for moving products among categories.

May be business and/or IT, depending on department
Marketplace - uStore Fulfiller
  1. Responsible for fulfilling orders.
Not used
Marketplace - uStore Fulfiller with Cancel/Refund Rights

  1. Responsible for fulfilling orders as well as refunding and cancelling orders.

uPay KSAMS Roles

uPay allows an existing department storefront to connect to a Marketplace-hosted payment page for credit card collection.

Marketplace - uPay Site Manager

  1. Responsible for managing uPay site settings.

  2. Responsible for assigning uPay payment clerks and accountants.

  3. Can view uPay reports.
  4. Can view uPay Payment Search report.

  2. Responsible for issuing uPay refunds.
