- Consultant delivered KIM/Workflow data model - currently being reviewed
- Prototype of Decision Support SNAP channel
- The base reports (FS0100 Balance Sheet, Expenditure and Object Summary) reports have been created in Decision Support. They are accurately reflecting all data that has been feed into KFS-INT. Also, drill-through to transactional detail has been implemented.
In Progress
- Scripts to add KFS attributes to legacy data warehouse (employee, payroll, fs). Coding is complete - currently testing each time COA is re-loaded.
- Code review of ETL jobs delivered from consultant for balances, and capital assets
- Development for FS0150, FS0209 (for standard reconciliation) equivalent reports
Cognos framework model development for PURAP - Report prioritization
- Report Specs for capital asset module reports
- ETL development for PURAP
- ETL specifications for PURAP
- Requirements gathering for Accounts Payable and PURAP modules

Payroll Certification
DHHS enhancement is now in production. Tammy will continue supporting this application and addressing any issues as needed.
Data Warehouse Support
DWH is operating well as usual, Grace is acting as primary DWH production support.
Next two week planned activities and deliverables
- Cognos model for PURAP
- Continue working on approval for high priority reports
- Plans for Cognos portal/user experience for Cognos (SNAP)
- Finalize requirements for Purchasing department
- Report specs approval for Capital Asset and PURAP
- Continue report development for highest priority reports
Production support trends in terms of tickets either in JIRA or Footprints.

Staffing issues or personnel related matters
Due to a delay in approvals of report specifications, we are severely behind schedule for report development.
We will hire a student to assist with report development for the simpler reports. Charles Lowe will also assist with report development, along with developing prompt pages for all reports.
