If the department wants to change the FTE and Working Title do they have to close this posting and make a new one?

Yes. This equals to the whole classification needs to be changed. UCpath data might need to be updated too.

Initiator

An Initiator is someone who is creating a classification or reclassification request. 

  1. Submit a Classification with one position id



  2. Submit a classification with multiple position ids



  3. WIP(Work In Progress): Edit an existing Classification

  4. Submit a Reclassification

  5. Edit an existing Reclassification

  6. Job Description Library, look up a job description

Approver

An approver is someone who has the permission to approve an classification or reclassification request. 



Central HR Approver

An central HR approver is someone who has the central HR permission to approve classifications and reclassifications. 

An central HR approver can also do anything an approver can.
