Conference Rooms Langson Library 570 and Science Library 104 Instructions:
1. Using the room with the Instructional Computer:
Note: you can either share content you have available online, stored on the instructional computer, or from a USB flash drive that you connect to the white USB extension cable on the lectern.
Set the monitor source to Display port
Power on the Monitor
Select DisplayPort as source
Click OK to keep settings
Make sure the HDMI switch has the correct port selected:
Press the SELECT button so that the green light is active over INPUT 1
Power on the Projector and set the SOURCE to PC:
Press the power button to turn on the Projector
Once the projector has fully powered on, ensure source is set to PC
3. Click, OK and you can start the meeting
2. Using the room with a Laptop:
Make sure the HDMI switch has the correct port selected:
Press the SELECT button so that the green light is active over INPUT 2
Connect the laptop to the black USB-C cable on the lectern
Power on the Projector and set the SOURCE to PC:
Press the power button to turn on the Projector
Once the projector has fully powered on, ensure source is set to PC
Click, OK and you can start the meeting
3. Using the Room for a Zoom Call:
Set the Monitor source to HDMI:
Power on the Monitor
Select HDMI as source
Click OK to keep settings
Power on the Projector and set the SOURCE to Zoom Room:
Press the power button to turn on the Projector
Once the projector has fully powered on, ensure source is set to Zoom Room
Click, OK and you can start the zoom meeting
