My Work is a bit different from My Group's Work or My Approvals. Viewing your work includes all projects, tasks, incidents, and other records that have been assigned to you.

View Your Work

  1. Enter 'My Work' into the filter navigator.



  2. Under Service Desk, click My Work.



  3. Click on a record number to view and edit that record.
