Overview
In order to minimize disruption to services and operations within OIT, OIT employs an organization-wide standard Change Management process. In this process, a request for planned or unplanned changes (e.g. emergency changes to prevent disruption of services) is called a Change Request. These Change Requests usually require approval before implementation, and often must meet audit requirements in order to prevent unplanned changes, disruption of services, security breakdowns, etc. Use the existing documentation maintained by Mastory and the guides below to get started with Change Management in ServiceNow.
