Navigate to the change request to be updated by following the
View a Change Request
guide.
Scroll down to and click on the
Change Tasks
tab below the
Related Links
section.
Click on the
Deploy
change task record number to edit the record.
Update the
Description
field to describe the work being performed. For the
Deploy
task, enter detailed deployment procedures/instructions.
Update the
Assignment Group
and
Assigned to
fields as necessary.
Enter the
Due date
.
Optionally, add "Watchers" to the
Work notes list
. (Follow the
Add a User to the Work Notes List
guide for instructions on this.)
Click
Update
to save your changes.
Repeat steps 6-14 for both the
Communications
and
Test
change tasks.
To create new change tasks, follow the
Create a Change Task
guide.
