- Navigate to the change request to be updated by following the View a Change Request guide.
- Scroll down to and click on the Change Tasks tab below the Related Links section.
- Click on the Deploy change task record number to edit the record.
- Update the Description field to describe the work being performed. For the Deploy task, enter detailed deployment procedures/instructions.
- Update the Assignment Group and Assigned to fields as necessary.
- Enter the Due date.
- Optionally, add "Watchers" to the Work notes list. (Follow the Add a User to the Work Notes List guide for instructions on this.)
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Repeat steps 6-14 for both the Communications and Test change tasks.
- To create new change tasks, follow the Create a Change Task guide.
