1.  Receive e-mail confirmation that FM directors have approved test site and it's ready for
launch.

B. 1. Move resources from test to fm.uci.edu.
  a.   De-associate cmstest2 with fm in node2abs.adcom.uci.edu
2.  Rename existing fm folder in node2abs to "fmold" .  Later archive the fmold folder.
3. Rename cmstest2  folder to fm  - has to carry permission from cmstest2
4. Sonja -   In CMS change Transport from Web/vhost/cmstest2 to Web/vhost/fm
5.  Sys Admin (Brian )  request DNS change.
6. In CMS check the Search function (Ultraseek).

   a.  Kym updates bidboard page, uploads new bids, and publishes these from FM/contracts folder

   b.  FM_Publisher group is Publisher - only for contracts folder

2.  As FM-Publisher is 2nd publisher group for FM, follow these steps:
     a.  Go to Targets & Destinations (Administration tab) > ABS_HTML > ABS_FacilitiesManagement >
     b. Select  facilities_html  and open Edit tab (right pane)
     c. Go to Applicable for Groups box and select FM_Publisher.
     d. Press green right pointing arrow to add FM_Publisher to right hand box.
     e.  Press Submit.
     f.  Test through test user.

1. Per request from Leslie Pearlman, added Google Analytics to FM website as follows:
  a.  Create GA block in Content Blocks (copied Health Affairs/CDMS block )
  b.  Add region named GA-Code to FM templates.
       -  Insert <system-region name="GA-CODE"/> at end of template text just before final <div> in footer
       -  Link GA-Code region to GA-Code block
  c.  Using wcguci@gmail.com, log in to Google Analytics https://www.google.com/analytics/&nbsp;
    -  set Administrator for fm.uci.edu
d.  Copy code (and unique number  UA-22597763-1 ) provided by GA into GA block in Cascade Server   
e.  Test
f.  Contact Leslie to set up GA account to be able to view GA reports on Google site.
