View All Cases

Overview

The current Contact Tracing module features several list views that aid in searching for cases and case tasks. Follow the below instructions to navigate to a list of all cases that have been entered in ServiceNow.

View All Cases

  1. Enter 'Contact' in the filter navigator at the top left corner of the screen.



  2. Click on the All Cases list under th Case Management module.



  3. The list that appears includes all cases that have been entered into servicenow, regardless of the Case Manager or current Case State.
