Aldrich: Video widget

The Video widget embeds a YouTube or Vimeo video on your page.

How this works

Enter the widget heading in the Text Data Definition field. You can safely leave this field blank.

Select the appropriate hosting platform and enter the video ID using the respective Data Definition fields.

On Vimeo, videos URLs look something like:
https://vimeo.com/61111623

The video ID is the numeric string at the end of the URL, after the last slash. So in the above example, the ID is 61111623.

YouTube video URLs can take several forms. The three example URLs below all reference the same video with an ID of FJEqZqwJvzc.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJEqZqwJvzc
The ID appears a the end of the URL following 'v='.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/FJEqZqwJvzc?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0
The ID appears after 'embed/', but before '?'. Note that '?' and everything that follows may not be present in every URL of this format.
https://youtu.be/FJEqZqwJvzc
The ID appears at the end of the URL, after the last slash.
