GUIDE STATUS: PUBLISHED
- Navigate to your settings by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the window and select preferences.
- Click on Notifications.
- Left-click on Create Channel.
- You will be faced with a form to fill out. Give your channel a name.
- Fill out the Type of channel, the options are as follows:
- Instant Message
- SMS
- Voice
- Based on your Type, you may have more form fields to fill out. Anything with a star next to the field name is a mandatory field.
- Click Save.
- Your newly created communication channel can now be customized for notifications.
