Respond to a Health Check-In via ServiceNow Mobile

  1. Open the Now Mobile application on your mobile device.



  2. Select the Services item in the navigation bar at the bottom of the application.



  3. Tap on Emergency Outreach.



  4. You will see a screen with a list of emergency outreach items. Click on UCI Working Well Daily Health Check-In with today's date. The acknowledgement label in the corner of the item will say Not Acknowledged.



  5. Read and scroll through the contents of the health check-in, paying attention to the symptoms listed.
  6. Respond to the health check-in by selecting one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
      1. If you are not scheduled to work or are telecommuting, select Time Off.
      2. If you are not experiencing any of the symptoms listed, select No.
      3. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed, select Yes.
