GUIDE STATUS: PUBLISHED 

 

  1. Navigate to your settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the window.



  2. Click on Notifications.



  3. Left-click on Create Channel.



  4. You will be faced with a form to fill out. Give your channel a name.



  5. Fill out the Type of channel, the options are as follows:
    1. Email
    2. Instant Message
    3. SMS
    4. Voice

  6. Based on your Type, you may have more form fields to fill out. Anything with a star next to the field name is a mandatory field.
  7. Click Save.



  8. Your newly created communication channel can now be customized for notifications.
