Overview
Your Group's Work is all of the work that has been assigned to your group but not to a specific individual. Follow the steps below to navigate to view the list of unassigned work in your group.
View Your Group's Work
- Enter 'My Group's Work' into the filter navigator.
- Under Service Desk, click My Group's Work (Unassigned).
- Click on a record number to view and edit that record.
