Overview
My Work is a bit different from My Group's Work or My Approvals. Viewing your work includes all projects, tasks, incidents, and other records that have been assigned to you.
View Your Work
- Enter 'My Work' into the filter navigator.
- Under Service Desk, click My Work.
- Click on a record number to view and edit that record.
