- Input "Reports" into the filter navigator.
- Click View / Run under Reports.
- Search for the report you would like to export by using the navigation bar at the top of the content frame.
- Use the different tabs, My reports, Group, Global, or All to locate a report based on its current sharing settings.
- Once navigated to the right tab, use the search field at the right of the navigation bar to locate the specific report.
- Click the title of the desired report.
- There are a few different ways to export a report.
- First, if a report is a list, you can export the report as you would any other list.
- Right click on the header row of the list. A menu with options will appear.
- Hover over Export, and click Excel, CSV, JSON, or PDF.
- If exporting to a PDF, hover over PDF and choose one of the orientation options.
- Save the file to your computer.
- To export a visualization, there are two options.
- To export the visualization as a PNG or JPEG file, hover over the visualization, and click the menu icon at the top right.
- Then click Save as PNG or Save as JPEG.
- To export the visualization as a PDF, click the share icon at the top right of the content frame.
- A side menu will appear. Click Export to PDF.
- A dialog box will appear. Select one of the radio buttons for Orientation and one for Delivery.
- Click Export.
