Search for a Knowledge Base Article

GUIDE STATUS: IN REVIEW

1. Follow the guide Navigate to the Knowledge Base to navigate to the Knowledge Base homescreen.
2. Use the search bar at the top of the content frame and click Search to search for an article. You can narrow down your search by topics by using the Advanced Search dropdown to the right of the search bar.
   
   
   
   
3. Browse the search results by clicking on the title of an article. 
   
   
   
   
4. Alternatively, from the Knowledge Base homescreen, you can browse through each of the topics by searching through their featured articles, or clicking the More... link to get results for that entire category.
