Search for a Configuration Item

GUIDE STATUS: PUBLISHED 

1. Enter 'Configuration' into the filter navigator. and scroll to the Application 'Configuration'
   
   
   
   
2. Configuration items are grouped together by their Class.  To search through Applications or Business Services, click their respective titles in the application navigator.
   
   
   
   
3. For all other classes, scroll through the application navigator to the correct class, and click the title to navigate to the record list.
   
   
   
4. Once you have navigated to a record list of the right class, follow the Using Lists guide to narrow down your search.
