Verifying Look-and-Feel
The uStore can be set to "Preview Mode", which will allow the department to view the look-and-feel of the store before making it live.

Verifying "Full Cycle" - Checkout, Authorization, View Reports
The store needs to be enabled and live for the payment processing to occur.
Verify that a department staff member has been assigned the "Fulfiller with Cancel/Refund Rights", in order to issue a reversal for the transaction.
Enable Store
If the store is new, there shouldn't be too much concern with enabling the store, since customers do not know how to get to your store yet.
Checkout with Real Credit Card
There are no test cards in the production environment. TouchNet IT suggests that the tester uses a personal card and have the transaction voided (same-day reversal).
View Store Reports
Reverse Transaction
The transaction can be voided (e.g. does not process with bank, will not charge the card) if a same-day reversal is issued. If the settlement cutoff of midnight passes, a reversal can still be issued, but the card was charged with the original amount, and will be credited with the amount.
