Adding New Program
Enter Program Header & Credit Card Fee Expense Account
User is prompted for program header information and credit card fee expense account.
After pressing "Add Program," user is taken to the program details display screen, which allows adding income accounts and submitting program for approval.
Add Income Account(s)
User must select "Add New Account" on the program details screen.
User is prompted for Income/Revenue account.
If the Chart of Account is valid, user is taken back to program details display screen with newly added account displayed.
Edit Program Header & Credit Card Fee Expense Account
User must select "Edit Program" on program details display.
User can hit "Edit Program" after appropriate modifications.
Submit Program for Approval
User can select "Submit Program" on the program details display screen.
