Time Reporting System (TRS)

A non-exempt employee utilizes a biweekly timesheet.  The Non-exempt employee must submit his/her biweekly timesheet by 12:00 noon every other Monday; unless otherwise notified.
An exempt employee utilizes a monthly timesheet.  An exempt employee should submit his/her prior month's timesheet by the fifth working day of the new month.

Please note regarding your vacation and sick accruals:
Employees' sick and vacation leave balances listed on their earnings statements* may appear in arrears.  Current leave balances from the payroll system may not reflect time adjustments nor usage or accumulation since the last pay period end date.  Please contact Library Human Resources for your current balances.
