The contact list widget displays the contact information for one or more people.
How this works
Heading
Enter the heading text into the Text Data Definition field. If you don’t want a heading, you can safely leave this blank.
Contact
Each Contact Data Definition represents a contact in your list.
You can create as many contacts as you like.

Name
Enter the contact’s name in the Name Data Definition field.
Preferred pronouns
Enter the contact’s preferred pronouns in the Preferred pronouns Data Definition field. You can safely leave this field blank.
Pronouns are automatically wrapped in parenthesis if you don’t include them manually.
Affiliations
Use the Line Data Definition fields to indicate how the contact is connected with UCI; job title, school, department, etc. You can safely leave this field blank.
You can create as many affiliation lines as you like.

Phone and email
Enter the contact’s phone number and email address in their respective Data Definition fields. You can safely leave these fields blank.
Per UCI style, phone number segments are delimited with dashes (e.g., 949-824-6922).

Photo
Use the file chooser to select the contact’s image. The photo will be omitted if no image is selected.
Link URL
You can link the contact’s name to another webpage by entering the URL in the Link URL Data Definition field. You can safely leave this field blank.
Snippet
You can include a short bio or other information in the snippet. You can also safely leave this blank.
