How to access the OIT Standard Hardware Request Form (for managed Desktop Clients only)

  1. Sign in to https://uci.service-now.com with your UCINetID.
  2. In the search bar, search for service catalog and click "Service Catalog"
  3. Click "OIT Standard Hardware"
  4. Click the item(s) you are requesting.
  5. Enter the requested information, and click "Add to Cart" or "Order Now".   An e-mail for approval will be sent to your supervisor.
  6. You may check the status of your request at any time by logging in to Service-now, and Searching for "My Requests".
