Note: you can either share content you have available online, stored on the instructional computer, or from a USB flash drive that you connect to the white USB extension cable hanging from the left right side of the TV.

Set the TV source to the correct HDMI port:

1. Power on the TV

2. Press the source button and using the arrow keys navigate to PC HDMI1

3. Press the Select button

Make sure the HDMI switch has the correct port selected:

1. Image Added

   Press the SELECT button so that the green light is active over INPUT 1

NOTE: When you are finished, power the Television OffTV Off

2. Using the room with a Laptop:

Set the TV source to the correct HDMI port:

1. Power on the TV

2. Press the source button and using the arrow keys navigate to PC HDMI1

3. Press the Select button

Make sure the HDMI switch has the correct port selected:

   Press the SELECT button so that the green light is active over INPUT 2

2. Connect the laptop to the black USB-C cable on the table top

3. Using the Room for a Zoom Call:

Set the TV source to the correct HDMI port:

4. When you are finished, power the TV Off
5. IMPORTANT NOTE: You may have to remove the protective caps from the camera lenses:

6. Please place the caps back over the camera lenses when you have finished using the room
