Overview
On occasion, it is necessary to add a non-UCI caller to the watchlist on a record, whether it is an incident, project, or another record. This guide describes the proper way to add a non-UCI caller to the watchlist so that they get notifications relating to the record as well. An incident record is used as an example below.
Adding a Non-UCI Caller
- Navigate to the record you wish to add a non-UCI caller to the watchlist on (for this example, an open incident record).
- Navigate to the Notes tab.
