Overview
The current Contact Tracing module features several list views that aid in searching for cases and case tasks. Follow the below instructions to navigate to a list of all cases that have been entered in ServiceNow.
View All Cases
- Enter 'Contact' in the filter navigator at the top left corner of the screen.

- Click on the All Cases list under th Case Management module.

- The list that appears includes all cases that have been entered into servicenow, regardless of the Case Manager or current Case State.
