Add Work Group (triOrganization)
- Data Browser -> Organization -> Organizations (opens hierarchy editor)
- Click on Work Groups
- Click New (Top of Hierarchy window)
- Click Work Group
- Fill in the fields as shown in the above picture
- Name
- Short Name
- Organization Type
- Work Group Class
- Supervisor
- Click Create Draft
- Select Team Members and Contact tab
- Click Find on Team Members section
- Search for Supervisor and shop employees
- Once an employee is found mark the check box and click OK
- Repeat for each employee
- Click on each Employee Record in Team Members section to update organization
- Revise Employee record
- Click Find on ?Primary Organization section
- Type 'Workgroup' into Type filter box
- Type name of work group into Name filter box
- Mark radio button for desired work group
- Click Ok
- Activate Employee record
- Select General tab on Work Group screen
- Click Activate
Add Service Assignment Class (Classification)
- Data Browser -> Classification -> Classifications (opens hierarchy editor)
- Expand Service Assignment Class
- Click on Facilities
- Click New (Top of Hierarchy window)
- Click Service Assignment Class
- Fill in the fields as shown in the above picture
- Name
- Description
- Default Service Provider
- Click Create
Add Service Plan (triMaintenance)
- Data Browser -> Maintenance -> Service Plan
- Click Add (Upper right corner of service plane list)
- Fill in the fields as shown in the above picture
- Name
- Request Type
- Work Type
- Service Class
- Service Provider
- Due Within
- Create Project or Tasks
- ?Project Type
- Project Template
- Project Assignment Rule
- Task Assignment Rule
- Task Assignment Dates Rule
- Task Grouping Rule
- Click Create
