- What's the PMBOK/ITSM corollary?
  - Not sure - Jeff will investigate language to use
    - Align with PM Life Cycle phases
      - Initiation: what do we need and why do we need to do it: Review, Approve to go on
      - Planning: Plan and propose an implementation: Review, approve to go on
      - Execution: Execute the implementation plan, but stop before final go live for review and go-live approval

      - Iterate as needed in phases for more complex projeccts

    - What's the scope of how they're using it (modules, features, campus units, etc.)
