UCI has created and implemented an ARRA Reporting Web Tool that consolidates report data from Sponsored Projects, Accounting, and the academic department/research unit to facilitate reporting. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE OCTOBER - DECEMBER REPORTING PERIOD: * UCI has adopted and will use the "Best Available Date Reporting Model". Financial-related information such as expenditures, jobs created/retained and vendor payments should be reported using data from the final general ledger for November 2009. This information should be available by December 8. * UCI has modified its ARRA Reporting Web Tool for reporting jobs created/retained in accordance with the OMB data model. Jobs created and retained is now a single data field in the UCI ARRA Reporting Web Tool. When reporting jobs created/retained, please report the total FTEs directly charged to your ARRA award from the award start date through November 30, 2009. * ARRA reporting is cumulative. Please remember to report jobs created/retained, vendor payments and other financial and programmatic information on a cumulative basis from the award start date through November 30, 2009. * While information from the February - September reporting period will be available in the UCI ARRA Reporting Web Tool, given the changes noted above, it is recommended that vendor payments and jobs created/retained be recalculated and reported from the start date of your award through November 30, 2009.
