1. Discuss timeline for project inventory efforts. 
   1. Carmen - Present SN Project (PRJ0012513)
   2. Documentation for managers\ directors on entering projects
   3. Draft announcement for Kian to send to directors. 
   4. Field changes in ServcieNow by Eric P. 
2. Change management process for SN Project items
   1. Eric will develop a workflow for this
   2. The requests will go to the PMC Chair
   3. The PMC Chair will facilitate the conversation 
3. Additional items discussed
   1. Approval of the official definition of a project: 
      1. "Any significant non-routine effort that has an identifiable beginning and ending and is complex, costly, time-consuming, requires coordination among a number of people, or is important to OIT leadership."
   2. Several field changes made in dev and will be replicated to production this week.
