Ecommerce & Marketplace KSAMS Roles

KSAMS - New Security Access Management System

The KSAMS application can be accessed by going to Zot!Portal » Applications » My Applications.

After logging into KSAMS, go to Access Request » Add Request. Grantee is the person who will be granted access.

Account Number is optional.

Department needs both roles.

KSAMS Role	Description
Ecommerce - Department Profile Creator	Create, update, delete, submit, and archive programs for authorized organization(s) View Program Query for authorized organization(s)
Ecommerce - Department Head	Approve programs for authorized organization(s) View Program Query for authorized organization(s)

KSAMS Role	Description
Marketplace - uStore Manager	Responsible for managing store settings, such as the store images, store categories, store payment methods, and shipping rates. Responsible for assigning uStore clerks, a uStore accountant, and fulfiller users (including a fulfiller with refund/cancel rights). Responsible for adding and editing products. Responsible for creating store promotions. Can view uStore reports.
Marketplace - uStore Clerk	Responsible for adding and editing products. Responsible for moving products among categories.
Marketplace - uStore Fulfiller	Responsible for fulfilling orders.
Marketplace - uStore Fulfiller with Cancel/Refund Rights	Responsible for fulfilling orders as well as refunding and cancelling orders.
Marketplace - uStore Accountant	Responsible for viewing uStore reports.

KSAMS Role	Description
Marketplace - uPay Site Manager	Responsible for managing uPay site settings. Responsible for assigning uPay payment clerks and accountants. Can view uPay reports.
Marketplace - uPay Payment Clerk	Responsible for issuing uPay refunds.
Marketplace - uPay Accountant	Responsible for viewing uPay reports. Responsible for viewing and updating the Posting Status report.
