PBS user  support closed tickets:

1. New user set up budget office jennie wong.
2. Anita tara CAN LOGIN pbs, but did not have any PBS Functions.
   1. The problem lies In the timing of between sams set up and PBS update.
   2. The User was canceled as department user, and assigned as a  Staff user IN SAMS. I think SAMS cannot simply reassign her a different user profile. It has to be deleted first and assign a new profile.
   3. She was able to logon because her SQL logon was still valid but without a proper PBS profile,  the lacking of the latter access right profile prevent her from doing anything in PBS.
   4. Eventually, SAMS  set up kick in and she was updatedin PBS as a Staff user, she was back to normal.
   5. PBS not assigning proper  ledger date after approval as reported by  Laura.
      1. Check and update date files in PBS.
      2. Correct some documents’ ledger date from the back end.
      3. Some USERS were unable to login to PBS

                AskTom to check database lock and kill the process that has the lock hold.

1. Vida Rad installation problem
   1. PBS not installed properly redirect ticket to desktop support.
   2. Erin Defries getting error and cannot finf PBS database after INSTALLING PBS.
      1. Asked SA to reset her default database from SBS to PBS.
      2. SHE had SBS installed and the defauly database setup on the same server was preventing her from accessing PBS. When reset to PBS, she was able to access both databases.

Meta data project:

• Set up access to MDS VM
• Updated jira project.
• Start examining KFS DOC as forward by Larry:
• MEET WITH Larry to go over basic project needs and requirements.
• meet with GAUNA and trained on basic access to the software.
• Examine cognos KFS Pakage version 4.
• Follow up on OIR spread sheet.
