  1. Payroll - get the time into the system and ready for payroll as quickly as possible.
  2. Minimize the number of errors, which delay time getting into the system.
  3. Allow supervisors to track time spent on jobs

Simplify printed timesheet

Before we can move to paperless time entry, we need to simplify what the technicians need to enter, such as removing unused time types.

 

 

 

Add employee schedules to FACserv

Supervisors and Business Office won't know if employee timesheets have been entered unless the system knows their schedule.
