Current Deliverables:

  1. Include a numbered list of deliverables for the project. If you are keeping a project plan in a separate document, this section does not need to duplicate that information but it should have a link to the plan document.

Notes on Deliverables:

  1. Brief comments explaining the status or recent activity on the deliverables.

Project Updates:

Normally this would be a list of links to project status reports, but for smaller projects, the status updates can be included here.

Project Status:  Use "Planning," "In Process," "Hold," etc.
