  • FMADHOCCURBILL-12 Reporting - Enhancements to Current / Billed Ad Hoc Query
    • Added descriptions to all the fields in the "Context" tab. Simply click on the field name in the tab and a pop-up window will display the definition
    • Re-ordered the list of months in the "Context" tab to go from July - June
    • Created a multi-select list for the "Misc Charge Entry Name" in the "Misc Charges" tab
    • Filtered out the "Time Category" field in the "Labor/Hours" tab to contain those related to charges only
    • "Labor Hours" field in the "Labor/Hours" tab is summarizeable
    • Pulling in the job information if it's tied to a fixed blanket : this can be done by using the Transaction Date fields in the "Context" tab and by not qualifying on the "Billing Status" field under the "Ledger Detail" tab. Charges on fixed blankets are considered "exceptions" so do not filter out billed charges and use the "Transaction Date" instead of the "FM Billed Date"
    • Sized down the job number and workorder number columns
    • Ability to query all charges, including recharge/state. Please use the "Transaction Date" fields in the "Context" tab because some of the charges are considered an "exception" in the billing system and will therefore not have a "FM Billed Date". This includes charges that are billed to the same department and have matching account funds. To help clarify, check the "Billing Status" and "Non-Billable Reason" fields under the "Ledger Detail" tab to see if the charges are "billed" or "non-billable" and to see the reason.
  • FPC-125 Reporting - Facilities Project Center - Enhancements to Capital Projects Closed in the Last 6 Months
    • Added date submitted for financial closeout field to the Capital Project
    • Added field - Date financially closed be added to the report
    • Added field - Space Assigned To
