What does status FS Uploaded mean

If you see the status of FS Uploaded on a charge it means the charge was uploaded to the facserv billing system which is fmbilling but did not get billed and did not get uploaded to ledger. You can do the following -

1. Check the exception report for the charge to see if there was an exception on the charge and therefore it did not get billed. The exception report will tell you the exact problem.

2. If you do not see the charge on the exception report then it means the charge is either part of a State job and therefore did not get billed or the debit and credit FAU on the charge are the same and therefore it did not get uploaded to ledger. Call Adcom if you think this is incorrect.
