Changing labor classification on employee
1. Go to query under triIntermediate-triTimeEntry "uci-triTimeEntry-modify labor class and labor rate" - Update filter Date(triDateDA) to select the date from when the re-classification is valid. This will ensure that only records after that date are updated. Save the report. Run report to make sure you are getting the correct set. Alternatively, contact OIT for help when doing this.
2. Go to employee record
3. Click on Revise
4. Go to tab Credentials
5. Go to section "Labor Details"
6. Remove existing labor class
7. Add new labor class
8.Now save the employee record and activate it.
9.Verify that only labor entries after the date specified in the query were updated with the new rate and were marked as Ready for Upload.
