These reports will get much more interesting (and useful) when we start doing actual time and cost reporting. But for now:

  1. Active Projects by Scorecard - Quick access to projects based on score. Only active (State = Open or Work in Progress) projects are shown.
  2. Active Projects by Assignment Group - Quick access to a group's projects. This would be even more useful to directors if it were filtered for division.
  3. Average Project Completion Time by OIT Team - 12-month rolling window of average project duration for completed projects by OIT Team. Good way to determine which teams completed major projects, and when.
  4. Average Planned Project Completion Time by OIT Team - Projection of projects closing over the next two quarters. Good way to determine which teams will have major projects completing in the next few months.
