The following is a work-in progress project plan for the UCI PMC for the 2015-2016 year
2015-2016 Objectives
- Implement the first phase of ServiceNow’s Project app for all OIT.
- Create a list of ServiceNow Project reports for OIT.
- Develop \ Deploy advertisement of PM efforts within OIT.
Workstream Activities
- Implement the first phase of ServiceNow’s Project app for all OIT.
- Define requirements for phase 1 implementation.
- Adjust access levels in ServiceNow to allow all OIT members to create, manage and close projects
- Train managers on Project app in Service Now.
- Define requirements for phase 2 implementation.
- Create a list of ServiceNow Project reports for OIT.
- Define list of projects for phase 1.
- Develop communication plan for report introduction to OIT
- Create reports in Dev
- Review reports with key PMC members for approval.
- Move reports from Dev to Prod.
- Communicate report use to OIT.
- Define list of projects for phase 2.
- Develop communication plan for report introduction to OIT
- Create reports in Dev.
- Review reports with key PMC members for approval.
- Move reports from Dev to Prod.
- Communicate report use to OIT.

General
- PMC members work on related activities in addition to their primary work
- Use the wiki and email for effective communication
- Meetings for finalizing decisions needed to accomplish objectives.
