Using the room with an Instructional Computer:

Note: you can either share content you have available online, on the instructional computer or from a USB flash drive that you connect to the USB extension cable hanging from the left side of the TV.

Set the TV source to the correct HDMI port:

1. Power on the TV

2. Press the source button and using the arrow keys navigate to PC HDMI1

3. Press the Select button

4. When you are finished, power the Television Off

Using the Room for a Zoom Call:

Set the TV source to the correct HDMI port:

1. Power on the TV

2. Press the source button and using the arrow keys navigate to Zoom Room HDMI2

3. Press the Select button

4. When you are finished, power the TV Off
5. IMPORTANT NOTE: You may have to remove the protective caps from the camera lenses:

6. Please place the caps back over the camera lenses when you have finished using the room
