To avoid potential conflicts with administering GSA, we propose the following Change Management policy:
Changes to Start and Block urls require a minimum 24-hour notice, and must include a testing/rollback plan
This gives the group time to assess any possible glitches associated with the proposed change. If no responses are received within 24 hours of the notice, proceed with the change as planned.
For now, this notice will be sent to the GSA Administrators in both OIT and Strategic Communications via email: Katya Sadovsky, Jason Lin, Meredith Ehrenberg, Jim Kreziger, Todd McGill
