Add Work Group (triOrganization)
- Data Browser -> Organization -> Organizations (opens hierarchy editor)
- Click on Work Groups
- Click New (Top of Hierarchy window)

Add Service Assignment Class (Classification)
Add Service Plan (triMaintenance)
Add Inventory Location (triInventoryLocation)
Add Request Classes
Assign Employees to new Work Group
